About Me
Hi, thanks so much for visiting my site. I'm Aileen! This is my family and here is a little bit about me..
I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and a mother of two. Having my daughter was the real reason why I became a lactation consultant- breastfeeding her was anything but easy! I wish I would have reached out for support, I didn't, which is why I want to help you! I believe in SUPPORTING mamas through their breastfeeding journey so they can focus on the fun times with their beautiful babies!
I received a bachelors degree in nutrition from California State University, Long Beach. Then went on to specialize in lactation at the University of California San Diego. I have studied holistic nutrition as well as being a licensed massage therapist. I guess it's fair to say that helping others is my passion!

I can help with issues such as: low milk supply, slow weight gain, over supply, pumping, returning to work, breast & nipple pain, breast surgeries, oral restrictions, weaning and more!
